- Conducting structured patrols and inspections
- Addressing trespassing, theft, disorderly conduct, and other criminal behavior

- Clear, accurate, and legally sound written reporting

Minimum Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to obtain armed guard status within 60 days of hire
Compensation
Starting pay: $30.00 per hour
The average security wage in Maine is $21.00 per hour. We compensate at a higher level because we expect a higher standard.
